Personalized Items

Due to the nature of these products, all personalized items are non-refundable.

Non-personalized Items

We offer a 10 day return policy on non-personalized items. All returned items will be shipped at purchasers expense and no refunds on original shipping cost, only the actual unopened product will be refunded.

Wedding Items

All items ordered within 10 days of your wedding date are non-refundable.

Refunds

Payment will be refunded to the original credit card or a company check will be issued once your original check has cleared through our bank.

Returned Checks

There is a $30 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) check charge for all returned checks.
